1. Account and security
- You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your account credentials safe.
- All activity carried out through your account is deemed to be yours, and you are responsible for its consequences.
- If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately so that we can freeze it.
2. Pricing and payment
- Prices are those shown on the page at the time of ordering and are quoted and settled in US dollars (USD).
- We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
- If a system error causes an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
3. Order formation
- An order is formed when you submit it and payment is completed; we will email you the tracking details after dispatch.
- In cases such as stock shortages or material unavailability we will contact you promptly; you may choose to wait for restock or cancel for a full refund.
- We may cancel and refund orders that appear fraudulent, abnormal, or that breach these terms.
4. Intellectual property
- All text, images, page designs, product photography and brand marks on this website belong to Aurelle Atelier and are protected by law.
- No part may be copied, republished or used commercially without written permission.
5. Acceptable use
- You may not use this website for unlawful or fraudulent activity, to distribute malware, or to interfere with its normal operation.
- Automated bulk scraping of our data is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
- We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, changes in customs policy, carrier delays and similar events).
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of this website.
- Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects your statutory consumer rights.
7. Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms from time to time. Updates are posted on this page together with the revised date shown above.
- If a change materially affects your rights we will give prominent notice on the website; continuing to use the website means you accept the revised terms.
8. Governing law and dispute resolution
- These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and the courts at our place of registration have jurisdiction.
- This does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer law of your country of habitual residence, and you may still rely on those rights.

9. Your statutory rights (EU / UK and other regions)
- If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Where our published return window is longer (30 days), the longer period applies.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, notify us at wuy73974@gmail.com with a clear statement (you may use the model form below) before the period expires, and return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or incorrect.
- Personalised items (custom engraving, made to size) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, but you retain all rights if such items are faulty or not as described.
- You also benefit from the statutory legal guarantee for goods: at least 2 years in the EU, and up to 6 years in the UK (England, Wales and Northern Ireland). This legal guarantee applies in addition to, and is not replaced by, our commercial return policy.
- Any other mandatory consumer rights granted by the law of your country of residence remain unaffected.

10. Eligibility and age
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, to place an order.
