2. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address and phone number.
- Order information: recipient, delivery address, purchase history and payment status. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we never receive or store full card numbers.

- Contact and subscription information: messages you submit through our contact form, and the email address and consent timestamp you provide when subscribing.
- We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as government IDs, biometrics, health data or religious beliefs, and we do not use your personal information for automated decision-making.
3. How and why we use information (legal bases)
- Performance of our contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)): processing orders, arranging delivery, and providing after-sales and return services.
- Compliance with legal obligations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)): tax, accounting, anti-fraud and statutory record-keeping.
- Your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)): sending news about new arrivals and offers, which you can withdraw at any time. For visitors in the EU/UK, non-essential cookies are also used only with consent.
- Our legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): preventing fraud, keeping accounts and transactions secure, and improving our website and services. We have balanced these interests against your rights; contact us at any time for details or to object.
4. Information sharing and international transfers
- We share only the information necessary to complete a transaction with the following categories of providers, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations: payment providers, logistics carriers, email and SMS providers, cloud hosting and static asset providers, and customer support tools.
- We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioural advertising as defined by the CPRA, except where required by law or with your separate consent.
- International transfers: we may transfer your personal information to, and process it in, mainland China. 6. How long we keep information
- Order and transaction records: 5 years from completion, to meet tax and accounting obligations.
- Account information: for as long as your account exists; deleted or anonymised within 30 days of account closure.
- Marketing subscription information: until you unsubscribe. We then keep the unsubscribe record for 3 years to evidence that consent was withdrawn and to avoid mailing you again.
- Access logs: 12 months.
- Contact form and customer support records: 2 years.
- After these periods, we delete or anonymise the relevant personal information.
7. Your rights
- General rights: you may access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw your marketing consent, and close your account at any time.
- If you are in the EU/UK, you also have the right to receive a copy of your data (portability), to restrict processing, to object to processing (including objection to marketing based on legitimate interests), and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
- If you are a California resident, under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, use and disclose; to delete; to correct; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We have not sold or shared any personal information in the past 12 months.
